This pattern is written in three different sizes, allowing you to use 8 1⁄2”, 10 1⁄2”, or 12 1⁄2” (unfinished size) orphan blocks. It’s simple pieced sashing and pieced cornerstones will work well with any combination of blocks or colors. Just enough piecing to lend interest to your setting, but not too overwhelming for an assortment of blocks.
